Our Founding Story

What began in 2017 as a small Facebook group created by Glody Santiago to connect Filipinos in Sydney seeking employment has since grown into a thriving community of over 700 members – and it's still growing.

While the group has been a social space for Filipinos in technology, behind the scenes, Glody has been offering career mentorship, resume reviews, networking, and job referrals to those in need. Over time, the community has expressed a desire for more structured support, including skill-sharing, mentoring, and job-seeking assistance at scale.

Now, with a clear vision and purpose, we're ready to take the next step – transforming this community into a powerful network that helps Filipino ICT professionals succeed and grow in Australia.
